Evaluation Process: 3 Easy Steps
1. Call or Email for initial phone consultation
You may have initial questions and concerns regarding your child’s speech, language or feeding skills that can be answered via an initial phone interview. A brief history of your child’s difficulties will be discussed and we will help guide you in the best direction for your child.
2. Schedule an evaluation
Evaluations are typically conducted in the morning and take from 1-2 hours to complete, depending on your child’s needs. We welcome parents and caregivers to be a part of the child’s assessment.
3. Complete paperwork
We will send you initial intake paperwork to complete as part of your child’s assessment. Evaluations include a formal written report, recommendations and design of a treatment plan if warranted.
